My Wallets never synced correctly on IPad & Android

I tried to explain myself so many times to support but no solution ever came of it. My LTC was always non existent on my HTC. It gets worse. My funds completely disappeared from my IPad 2 days ago. When I tried to send a small transaction of Zcoin, I got a message saying I had no internet connection which was absolutely NOT true. What finally did it for me is without zero exaggeration, is the several failed transactions or exchanges. I really needed to top up 2 phones and this happened to me last month too. When it worked it was great but it shouldn’t be this stressful to use a hot wallet. I’m sorry Edge. I really was rooting for you since I’ve been an SD local all my life, but I gotta cut the cord. I hope you guys patch things up, no hard feelings, and good luck!

This is my first time using Edge. I’m new with bitcoin and after experiencing problems with my Paxful app I would definitely recommend Edge over Paxful. The reason why is because it took Paxful fours days to resolve my problem due to my account being block. I had left numerous chat message and voice message to their customers service and no one was helpful. However, with Edge they value their customers, return their calls as promised and resolve your issue right away. Thank you Edge for your great service. Keep up the great work!!!

Rated a top wallet by leading crypto publications for a reason. I find it very easy to use. Has Face ID and holds all the top crypto’s. You can exchange within the wallet (from one token or currency to another), and can load a debit card as well.

The customer support is good however using Wyre to buy crypto takes at least 5 days and there are hidden fees that are shown when you buy. I would stick with coinbase, exchanges, Crypto.com, or Abra for lower fees.

I have used the edge wallet since the day it was released. I’ve had nothing but trouble with the app syncing to the blockchain. My latest problem is the USDC wallet, funds show up, then they’re gone, then they show and then they are gone. Super frustrating when you want to do exchanges and cannot.
