Crypto Exchange still pending – Edge - Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet Review

I tried exchanging some btc to dodge coin and it has taking really long for the transaction to go through . The money has already been deducted from by btc wallet but yet to receive it in dodge coin. Still says pending . Almost 2 days now
