I tapped on it, it opens, and immediately shuts! I was told the app would be easier than opening a web page. I guess they mean easier to not spend money!! ??
You need to fix the return item button authorization

When someone wants to return an item the button to authorize it is right next to the contact buyer button. Most people use cell phones. I personally use an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The send buyer a message, and the except the return buttons are only 4 mm a part way too small to be precise in which button you hit so 25% the time you hit except the return when you’re trying to hit message buyer. Simple fix have a second screen pops up if you hit except a return and cast are you sure you want to except the return. Been complaining about it for many years but nobody cares at eBay

And yes, Valentine’s Day is a valid holiday! I hear people grumble about this or that. I’ve been doing shopping and selling. To be honest more buyer than selling. Only once did I have to involve the ‘higher ups’. And I’ve been here maybe 90s. Don’t worry, shop your day away!!!

I purchased 3 DVDs from a seller on eBay and one of them was defective. I contacted the seller and the seller said he would send me a replacement item but I never received anything. The seller then closed his account and I was not able to make contact. eBay then said “too bad” and will not take any responsibility or help in any way. Why would I buy anything from eBay?

Of the items I’ve sold on eBay, 75% have been to scammers, some of whom are the same person opening new accounts, which EBay doesn’t do enough to stop. Sellers should be able to list fraud as a reason to cancel orders and relist items.
Missing functionality, bad cart experience

If you’re prone to seizures that feel like dejavu, don’t try to delete multiple things from your cart. It will take a very long time and be visually jarring. Also mobile app’s cart is missing the “request total” function, in which you can get a combined invoice from a seller you’re buying more than one item from.
