eBay dont protect the sellers just protect the buyers. Is you send the package and the package lost you hace to Pay all to the buyers and you sellers lost the money and the package and the shipping cost too. ????

I’ve been selling on eBay for years, and the app just keeping getting better and better, that is a positive, but for the sellers the term “FeeBay” just becomes more and more true, don’t sell high end items on here, as they take over 12.5% for most items, and very little protection for the seller, only good coverage for the buyer. So I’m giving the app an overall low rating because of my perception of eBay as a whole .
False advertising.

Perhaps I’m illiterate, but when I signed up eBay said I could sell 5 free items. I sold a camera lens and then when it came time to pay out I found eBay took $125 or so from my 1100 sale. I deleted the app and as soon as I receive the funds to my bank I will be deleting my account and will never use them again. False advertising is uncool.
Transaction holds

As a new seller, it impedes on business and brings it to a halt when eBay places a 21-30 day transaction hold. I need those funds to continue to keep my operation going and not wait 21-30 days for prices of what I want to buy to inflate to where I can’t make the purchase. There’s no logical explanation to hold my funds for that long especially when an item is already delivered, with signature required, to the buyer. Yet I still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time because of eBay’s asinine payment policy. eBay has lost my business, they’re nothing but a monkey wrench in it. I recommend avoiding this legacy platform to sell. There are many other platforms existing now that clear your transactions and have your funds to you in less than a week. In these times of massive monetary inflation, your dollar is worth more now than it will be in the future, eBay doesn’t seem to understand that.

Nothing works. Have 2 calls into customer service. It simply leaves the screen when selected.I am back to using without the app at all. Somebody really should’ve tested this before releasing it
