Such a pain

I have had countless issues with this app over the past year. From being unable to purchase for one reason or another, getting incorrect tracking information, being unable to start returns, all of it! It’s really unfortunate because the store is great but I feel like the app is just making DSW’s staff work harder to correct all of its issues. Also the interface could be easier to use.

Not happy with discounts and promotions. What I get discounts which I cannot use on name brand items. Many of the products I cannot use discounts, it’s very disappointing. Not happy..

It took me about 7 try’s to place my order. Kept asking me for information that I already provided. Very frustrating and a waste of time!!!
Glitches
Not-One-Clue
Currently I am unable to see what I’m typing. That’s issue number 2. Issue number one I had 10 dollars rewards listed in rewards and duffel bag. Then went back to claim my $10 cash reward and it was gone. So if it was a choice I preferred the cash so I removed the bag and the cash reward did not show up. I closed the app and reopened and no go. The only offer left was the gym bag vs the cash reward, which was just there. SMH. I hope you can read this since I can not see my text. :-( There’s other problems out there yet a Glitch is definitely one here.

DSW IS MY GO YO SHOE STORE ! My girls and I love the selection , prices , and customer service ! THERE IS NO OTHER SHOE STORE THAT REWARDS YOU WITH ALL YOU PURCHASE . DSW IS CONSTANTLY REWARDING YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASES AND FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER . I am truly thankful I have one close by but I’m willing to drive for a pair of shoes to other locations as well . I get great customer service at all the stores and rewarded with each purchase ! The best store to buy all your shoes for all occasions! Thank you DSW FOR BRIBG GOOD TO US !
DSW eGift Card is too bad

A week ago, the balance of DSW eGift was $27.69! However the Blanche suddenly dropped to $8 something, which is lost about $19 value automatically without any reasons, when I submitted an order! Very angry very angry ?! It is wasting my time to call the customer services to resolve this problem! ?????
