I have a hard time finding shoes for my son. He’s picky and will only wear one kind of shoe - slip on Nike. DSW has been a lifesaver! They have what I need, lower prices, and I get rewards to help cut costs. The nearest DSW store is about an hour and half away so ordering through the app is a plus. I love their shoes for myself as well. I usually make a trip to the store about once or twice a year and pick out what I need. Thanks DSW!

I love that they offer accepting payments in installments. And have a wonderful selections at affordable prices. The points are a nice little perk too.

The deals and rewards are phenomenal. Ever since I discovered DSW about 2 years ago, I only shop here. If there’s a shoe out there I want, I search for it on DSW app, super quick and they always have it but at a better cost. I love it!

Last order ever

The site had issues which resolute me in having to reset my password in over 10 times. I wrote in and customer service agent did not address my issue with chat and incompetent service. The email rest my password again which resulted in 2 more resets before I could get into my account. I purchased my cart but I will not be patronizing DSW any longer.


Too much work to save $5

I had a birthday reward. When I tried to check out using the reward number I was advised it was invalid or had already been used. I had just received it. I couldn’t use it. Did two online chats.The first online chat I thought was successful until I tried to check out. It still did not have my birthday reward after I was assured it had been put on. I went to bed. The next morning I tried again online. Started my second chat. This actually told me that I had two accounts and the birthday credit was on the other account. That was a very old account that I thought had been closed years ago. I was told the accounts could not be combined. I was assured that the account that had my birthday reward on it was active and the order I was placing on my other account was transferred over so all I had to do was check out. That didn’t work. Finally I called customer service. Very nice person. She was able to close the first account which was the old account and let me work in the account where my order was located. Unfortunately it took me another 45 minutes to get that account to work first telling me one of the pairs of shoes was not available and then not allowing any of the credits to work. Again after 45 minutes I was able to place my order. That was too much work for two pair of shoes that I didn’t need. Not sure I’ll go through this experience again. Angie Obergfell.
