I love DSW because they always carry quality items! If you’re not satisfied for any reason you can return whatever you bought within a reasonable amount of time for a refund no questions asked! The best part is being a VIP member because you get $10-20 off off of anything you buy with free shipping always! You also get free gifts from them. I’ve gotten two awesome duffel bags in the past two years for free. It’s worth being a VIP member Thank you DSW
Bug at check out

There is a bug at check out. Keeps telling you there is an issue w your card, contact customer support. I tried a couple of my cards and eventually just switched to PayPal payment method and it worked. (Same card is connected to PayPal.)

This was a free gift with purchase and it is a great bag. I like the two separate compartments however, it does stop you from putting your laptop in in.
I can no longer use the app

I have upgraded to the most recent app that my tablet will support. The app will no longer let me use it now. This is so frustrating. I cannot even get to the app to update my profile. This is my primary way to shop for shoes. Cannot even log in to my account anymore.
