I just got my granddaughter a pair of cow hair sneakers by Crown Vintage for 0$ with all my perks! Can’t do that anywhere else that I know of! Good people too - they help us give to charity ?by doing all the “footwork” ??; all we have to do is drop off a pair of gently used or new shoes ????????at the store And they give us reward $ toward a purchase in the doing ! And they have a huge selection ! PS. Get the app- it keeps up with all of it

Had to redo contact info three times and the re enter credit number even tho it was all already there almost gave up on ordering bc of it

Very difficult to place an order. Continued to ask for my contact information when it was already in.

I get emails with VIP offers, but can’t log in. Can’t get password reset emails. Chat people can’t help. Phone support is nonexistent. Not sure how a shoe company that is uninterested in selling shoes stays in business. At least they’ve managed to make me as uninterested in buying from them as they are in selling to me. I deleted the app as it’s a waste of screen real estate.
Not the best checkout lrocess

The checkout process did not go smoothly. It kept asking me to enter my credit card, then it would erase my contact info, then it would erase my credit card info. I eventually shut down and started over. DSW is lucky they got this order from me. I spent 6 minutes just trying to checkout. I was also disappointed that the product info from the store was not useful in Search.
