App freezes at login

Using IOS 10.3.2 on iphone 6s, the latest version of dronedeploy freezes at the login screen an I am unable to use it. Clean install doesn't help. Will increase rating when fixed.

DroneDeploy is an app that actually works used it to fly thousands of flights import KML files office can generate flight plans instantly on mobile app in field generating or with a few tricks you can fly or walk a flight plan (making YouTube on the tricks for flying flight plan) greatest gps app use it in place of goggle earth seems to work without service?? A must have for any drone mapping service provider only complaint if it could be a complaint only can fly flight plan at one altitude can’t program to follow varying terrain pick highest safe altitude and your stuck with that. Haven’t tried their cloud based processing the app is worth paying for yet its free.

I have run this on android and liked it but when I download on iPad I only get a map and no menu. Totally worthless

On iOS10 iPhone 6 app does not even start, stays on a loading screen forever.

I think the app works ok. But their web interface is difficult to use and not intuitive. Also their prices are outrageous. With very little more effort, but more intuitively- I use Map Pilot. Easy. Reliable.
Flying is great, but the roofing report costs are too high

So just tested the app. The flying part of it worked great. Unfortunately I couldn’t do a test roofing report without paying money. This is disappointing. I am looking for the ability to speed up inspections, but paying a monthly subscription then paying for each report seems too much. Would love to get more information, because so far I can’t justify the cost
Two wrecks while using DroneDeploy

I’ve lost two drones (Inspire 1) using DroneDeploy. I am a Professional user and was having good success with it until last October when the drone apparently lost connection and crashed. I ended up having to replace this one. On its second flight it crashed again doing the same thing. My question is, in this event shouldn’t the drone return home? Anyways, spoke with tech support each time and both times they couldn’t help, saying it’s a DJI issue. Obviously DJI support says it’s a software issue. So as the customer, I’m left with two wrecked drones and no answers. Pretty upsetting especially considering I was happy with the results up to this point.

I started with DroneDeploy in 2017, it was a fun product but couldn’t find a big market for it. Fast forward to Dec 2018, found the Roof Report app within DroneDeploy and it has been a literal game changer!!! Since we introduced Roof Reports to our two major clients, I have been flying and capturing data, every day the weather allows!! My only regret was setting our price a little low! When I showed our client the Roof Report with 3D model, minds were blown and we were off and running! Biggie1375
