Don’t work on iPad mini

I used this app on my iPad mini for years, now it won’t start. Tried everything before but it’s useless. iPad mini 2, latest iOS update.

was in manual mode trying to land when battery critical went off, refused to allow me to land and fought me until launching into trees… $100/mo app vs $1000 piece of equipment ?

I couldn’t even use the app because the confirmation email I sent it over and over and over again and it still wouldn’t work.

I have used drone deploy for many years now and have really enjoyed the capabilities of this app but there are times when the app crashes, freezes and other times where we have had drones fly away or fall out of the sky. This has never happened while using the DJI go4 app which makes me believe that the drone deploy app it’s self has an issue. There are many bugs that can be fixed and improved.

Very limited support. Good luck getting a person to actually talk to. Does not work with all drone models. When it works with your model it works well.
No Mavic Air 2 support

I’ll upgrade to 5 stars once I can use the app with mavic air 2 and can try it out

I tried everything and it won’t work I’m thinking it’s just not compatible with the Air2S but that seems ridiculous What am I doing wrong? Is there anyone with my same drone that has had a successful flight? Call or text me 404-987-0851 Gerald ASAP PLEASE HELP!
