iPhone 11pro max and Dji Mavic air 2s FAIL!!! – DroneDeploy Flight App Review

I tried everything and it won’t work I’m thinking it’s just not compatible with the Air2S but that seems ridiculous What am I doing wrong? Is there anyone with my same drone that has had a successful flight? Call or text me 404-987-0851 Gerald ASAP PLEASE HELP!
