I placed an order. It’s going to the wrong address. When I called the phone is just to after hours voicemail. Drizzly has zero customer service. No contact. No way to cancel. Worst app. And I’m out money.

This app changes everything

I live in a major college city and driving around here even for a small errand like picking up alcohol is super inconvenient. The guy who delivered the alcohol was pleasant and service was extremely quick. I expect to have a mediocre service or two in the future due to the nature of this Doordash-like employee profile for alcohol service but I am okay with that if it means I don't have to pick up my own beer. ✅???

Using Drizly allows me to shop across price and selection, making it super easy to find what I’m looking for at the best price. Love the one hour delivery, but also that I can schedule ahead or just pick up in store on my way home from work. Highly recommend!

So I really loved using Drizly. Ultimately the problem is with a Goody Goody in White Rock Texas who care nothing at all for customer service and have no managers or supervisors. Still, ordered something - they delivered the wrong thing then the saga of trying to return it began. I ended up out of pocket for $40 plus tax plus driver tip and delivery charge and I won’t use them again. I also hope I can write YELP about the store as it is awful
