They constantly forget my order!

I’ve used Drizlys service about 6 times now and at first their service was great. But the last 3 times I have used it they forgot my order. And they have yet to tell me a reason why. It would be great to order from them and not have to call 45 min later to remind them about my order.
Not yet great in Nashville

I love the idea of this app, but at least in my city (Nashville) it doesn’t quite deliver on convenience, selection, or value. To start, the two participating stores are somewhat far from my home and have fairly limited selections—especially when it comes to my drink of choice: local craft beer. That’s okay, though, sometimes convenience beats out selection. I was going to order a case of Founder’s All Day and high-gravity Straight to Ale bottle, a solid session IPA and something regional, which would have been around $40–slightly more than the place around the corner, but not crazy. Alas, though, when I went to check out I learned that my selections were stocked by two different stores (the “split order” warning was helpful, at least) with a $50 and $75 minimum order, respectively. Yikes! Perhaps I’d need that much booze for a party, but also I tend to plan things like parties in advance. This is *not* the app for a last-minute bottle, unless your last-minute plans involve a few dozen people. I would rather support a small startup, but perhaps my needs will be better met by PrimeNow offering alcohol in Nashville, as they do in other cities. Grizzly, can you up your Nashville game before that happens?

I loved Mini bar and its actually good but Drizly is amazing !! More variety of wine and liquor brands and much less expensive ! I love that theres also more variety of Tequila .. honestly theres so much more choices and fast too ! Really happy :D !
This service is going down hill

I was a very frequent drizly user, I had no issue until tonight. I used it on a Wednesday night with no issue but two days later, Friday, I tried to place an order and have it delivered to my boyfriend but it never showed up ( we live together and it never came when I got home). After trying to gain access to my account (because I was somehow signed out)to figure out where the order was and trying to reach customer support because I couldn’t reset my password, I found out that my card was declined and from a rep, Jacob, was told that I could not get into my account until the issue was resolved. Desperately wanting alcohol before I step out on this cold Chicago evening, I tried drizly again with another email only to have the whole ordeal happen. Once. Again. Now I am sitting at home with 61 dollars missing from my bank account.
Will be the death of me.

I'm sure my doctor and mother wouldn't approve but this app is awesome. Bowery and Vine is here in twenty minutes.
Didn’t expect it to come that fast

Downloaded this app after googling alcohol delivery. Figured I’d give It a try on Friday night. The wine we ordered came faster than we expected, right around 30 minutes. Pretty darn cool.

Online menu always wrong

3 orders in, I’ve had the store call me each time to say they did not have one of my items in stock (despite online menu listing it as available). Then have to play the game of guessing what they have by naming random items they might have as a replacement.
