Drivers drop off wrong orders. Stores don’t have what you order and sub in other items. The app over charges / charges wrong fees. For the extra fees it’s not worth the trouble!!

The first time I used this app I was very disappointed, I waited over an hour and my order never came. I didn’t get an email from Drizly apologizing about my order, and they gave me a credit. It was unexpected but, it definitely demonstrates that they care about customer service. I decided to give it a second chance today, I received my order and it arrived promptly. I did notice that this was a different store from my previous order. Thank you Drizly, now I can enjoy my mommy juice while watching the playoffs ??
