The app refused to open so I restarted the app. Now I don’t have any coins that I paid for and no record of any of the books I’ve been reading. There’s no way to contact support. SCAM

Crashing

I have been trying to read for about a week, and the app keeps crashing before it fully loads. I have been excited to read some of these stories, but now, I can’t. Super disappointed with this app.

Been using the app for a bit- the content not to bad but then it just stopped loading and will completely close down- you can’t even connect with app support cuz the app continues to close before anything happens. Now I have unused credit for a service I can’t access ??‍♀️

Interesting books but a bit expensive

I’ve been reading as much as I can and luckily there are a few books that are free. Those keep me occupied while I wait to earn more points. I’m a binge reader so I will burn through my life savings quickly if I don’t control myself. These books are addictive. I have completely enjoyed most of the books I have read. But that being said this app is a bit expensive to buy points and hard to earn any points free. You get points and bonuses. But not any other way to encourage you to stay on their app platform unless you buy more points. Which I do but I have to set a budget and stick to it. So some of my favorites are being neglected while I wait to earn enough for another chapter. Sadly I also lose interest at times because of costs of chapters.

Anyone know why the app isn’t working? It’s updated and I have iOS but when I try to open it, it acts like it is going to open and then immediately force closes

Too expensive for stories

I get paying authors for their work. But you end up paying about $15-25 per book. And sometimes your coins and bonus coins do a disappearing/reappearing act. Other than that, the app and few things you can read for free (or slowly over time as you earn 15-20 bonus coins daily), it’s enjoyable enough for a two star rating.

Missing Points and customer service stopped responding

I am missing points from purchasing and using coins. After several emails where I had to resend screenshots and explain the situation it was found that I was owed points. However now it’s been over 3 days and no points nor response since. Really disappointed in how this was handled and how they disregarded a subscription customer.

Loading issues

Decent books, would be better if edited. However my biggest peeve is that twice I’ve had the app get to a point where I could no longer log into it. When this happened I deleted and redownloaded only to have all of my prior books and account info gone. It’s really frustrating to be almost done with a story and have the whole thing gone because the account won’t log back in, not once but twice. Would add screenshots if I could.
