It’s good but the coin thing.

I like the app it’s good I love the story’s but since COVID I am out of a job so I can’t buy coins and so it’s hard to read the story.

I’ve found several times I’ve paid for and downloaded a book just to come back and find it locked again. When this happens there is no one to answer your questions or resolve the issue. I love the writers on here but I won’t waste the money anymore.

I’m reading a series now and I was further along waiting for update and now it wants me to pay again to reread those I e already unlocked can someone help with that?

I am a reader, i love my books, audios and such. This app is pointless if your a heavy reader. You have to pay for tokens in order to read chapters and even the second set free 29 tokens they give out once youve used the first 10 cant be used untill you buy new ones.

Can’t keep Readers Happy

The creators have made it so that on many of the stories you can read the first couple of chapters to get you hooked but then you need A LOT of coins in order to get the next chapter. I wish they would at least give the option for readers to be able to earn coins (even if it is only a certain amount a day) by watching ads. Something it lacks compared to other apps is that a chapter won’t be released every day making it longer than 24 hours at times before being able to read a single chapter without buying coins. It can be very frustrating for readers, especially when they are reading a good story

Too many abandoned stories

I am tired of paying to read books that authors eventually abandon and don’t finish. There is no protection for the consumer.

There are some really great books on this app but the coins though? I’ve gotten bonus that weren’t added to my account, plus I’ve had 10 coins then finished a chapter and then had 7? Why are the coins so hard to get and why do you have to wait 8days or more for the next chapter of some books?

Waste of time and money

You get the first few chapters for free, then they all cost coins. Which gets you a few more chapters. Except there are over 50+ chapters and you aren’t given free coins. So great 6 free chapters waste of time after that and I’m not wasting money on an app when library’s are a thing and so are book stores

Don’t like the pay per chapter

Like many others, I like the concept, but I don’t like that I have to pay for each chapter. The app has the right idea with offering the first few chapters free, but there should be an option to pay $5-10 for the rest of the chapters, depending on how many there are. I can understand paying per chapter for in-progress stories, but it makes no sense for completed ones. If not that, then I’d gladly watch some ads to move onto the next chapter rather than purchasing coins. But the stories I’ve read so far are pretty good. I cut the writers some slack because they’re new and the app doesn’t offer an editing service.
