Missing Points and customer service stopped responding – Dreame - Read Best Romance Review

I am missing points from purchasing and using coins. After several emails where I had to resend screenshots and explain the situation it was found that I was owed points. However now it’s been over 3 days and no points nor response since. Really disappointed in how this was handled and how they disregarded a subscription customer.
