Especially love the ability to call patients back using office caller ID and using fax feature.

When I type a new number into the dialer, it defaults to the first number I used every time. Hey haven’t been able to use it More than once even with restarts etc.

Love the fax option. In addition, CME credit for reading articles is an added bonus. Gave it four stars instead of five because the new update has prevented me from writing a new fax as the new fax button seems to be not working

The reason I downloaded this app was because a colleague told me about the dialer feature however when I downloaded it to my iPhone 8 plus that feature was not present. I contacted the support team twice and did not even receive an acknowledgement of my concern. ---- Update: After 48 hours I was told that this feature is only available for MDs, DOs, NPs, PharmDs, PA.

Use the Doximity Dialer daily. Works great. Allows me the freedom of calling patients directly without compromising privacy. Highly recommend it to all physicians and healthcare professionals

I like using my cell phone, through this app. Instead of my personal number showing up, my office number appears on my clients caller ID. I have had clients in the past, save my personal number from their caller ID, next thing you know they are using it as if they have been given the privilege to text/call any time. Professional boundaries are overlooked & difficult to uphold, in this current day and age, especially when medical providers are expected to make every one happy.

Through Doximity Dialer my cell remains private. In real time I can call the client who reaches my health law practice exchange and who may call for separate house call and telemedicine practice office in my FNP role. I urge every practitioner to use this service that Doximity offers that we health professionals and attorneys who serve health providers can benefit from right now. Regards, Joe A. There way to many abbreviations that makes so hard to understand what the article is about like SUI PDA. There are no references as to where to look if you needed further explanation.
