OBGYN love the fax service

I love their articles, find your peers and specially the fax and Dialer service. Changed my office with new group still have the same fax getting all updates for my patients. The dialer is very handy when you need to contact patients outside office hours, love those two features

Mainly use it for the interesting articles. Frequently read things from other specialties that I wouldn't normally see. I don't really use it to connect with other doctors.
App still needs to fix a major bug

I hate when I get a email summary of content, click a link to go directly to the article, then it takes me to an option to view on app which I click but the app opens to its homepage, not the article I clicked on the email. Then I have to search for the article. Because of that problem alone, I just browse the email and rarely go read the actual article. Fix this!

The contents of the app, the visual appeal and quick response make this app my favorite for general medical news. Love the colleagues list, and the fax and dialer. Practical, intuitive to use, responsive app. Grateful that after using Doximity - my email is Not deluged by advertisers related to my Doximity clicks. Dare I say privacy? Thank you!
Pretty good but unpredictable

It works as advertised BUT: 1) often (not always) there is enough lag time I ask to call directly from my phone (I'm not trying to "hide", just trying to get patients to answer a call from an unknown number and 2) lately I've gotten a number of messages not going through because the "number is no longer configured to support the intended call location" or something like that. Very frustrating and I have just emailed customer service.

As a psychiatrist, contacting pts. while out of the office (where I use a land line) was nearly impossible. Many people don’t accept private callers, and not all patients are good at respecting privacy once they know my home or cell number, so this app has been a true God-send!
