“Dialer” and Fax functions

The dialer and fax functions of Doximity have made life outside of the office enormously easier. These are very valuable tools for physicians who need to work “on the go”, with nothing more than a laptop and a cell phone.

Dialer worked fine. Now they want to “monetize” all app users on their Doximity network. Expect lots of spam emails that they say are “valuable”.
Excellent forum for airing of views and perspectives

Lots of blind leads and negativity

Why give us links to articles that require a subscription in order to read it...that speaks of “bait and Switch.” And so many doctors whining about how bad they have it. The fix is easy , get a real 8-5 job.

After getting an email from the app developer, I downloaded this app and was excited to use it. I especially wanted to be able to use the call feature from my cell phone. Sadly, I was told that feature is only available to medical doctors. Then I thought it would be nice to read the articles and collect. Sadly, viewing comments and commenting is also only available to doctors. So as an acupuncturist, this is a good for nothing app!

I am a primary care giver not a physician so this app does me no good. It only lets person in the medical field create an account. As a care giver I need to be able to identify pills that have been taken out of pill bottles and the bottles thrown away. I wish this app had worked for me as a lay person but alas it does not.

I primarily use doximity for its secure fax and dialer functions. For that it is fantastic!
