As a Child ,Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist,Doximity presents the hard core ,top notch research and great trouble shooting articles so pertinent to any Practicing Psychiatrist whether in Academics, Research and Development and/or Clinical Practice. New Practice Parameters are always at the top of the list. As I said Doximity is Proximity, If you compare other Psychiatric Services , Doximity is the closest to State of the Art Psychiatry as it should be practiced in 2017. Kudos to the Staff at Doximity!! I use this app daily. Great for connecting with colleagues & reading about the latest meetings in my specialty. Free fax too & is easy to set up and use.

I liked the easy to use older version better. I don't love the layout now, the app crashes often, and I find it to be less user friendly than before. More difficult to read articles, harder to find old posts, and can't seem to view colleagues' friend list as before. A lot of improvement is needed. Update: since last reviewed, the app has improved. More user-friendly, easy to read article summaries with CME credit, easy colleague search, and one of the highlights is the free fax line to your phone (very useful when running around to different sites).

Overall good website with good contacts, still needs more docs to join in. Would like to see more feeds from popular journals JAMA, NEJM, ETC

It is so easy to bark out a note on an iPhone using Siri and then fax it wherever it needs to go. This feature has been invaluable. Are usually hit the "enter button"A few times to give a buffer of space at the bottom of the screen. There is a limit to the length of the note that is usually but not always more than enough. Frequently the addresses for other physicians is incorrect or absent. The messaging feature is also very useful, but it helps to lick colleagues know that we might be using it. And then there is the new feature which allows me to call a patient and have my office telephone number show up on their phone. Brilliant! Jerry
Great for dialer and fax!

This is a great app to connect with colleagues but the two features I love the best are the Doximity Dialer and the virtual fax line.
