Very disappointed. Would have really loved this app to work. I am eager to learn about the oils I am buying. The video and subtitles come on but no sound. I will just continue ready the books I bought. Glad I didn’t pay anything for this app.

The app is user friendly, and quite simple. Pick a track and come back daily to learn something new...totally uncomplicated. Maybe the earlier version warranted some of the poor reviews but as of the date of this review, it works perfectly. I do have one pet peeve when it comes to the app however; I wish it encompassed oil information so that I wouldn’t need to utilize a 3rd party app. I think that would be tremendously helpful to get information directly from the source. (Like our oils) Just a thought. Even if it were a paid app. I just want my essential oil information in one place! Perhaps the next version dōTERRA?!! Otherwise, great app.

Half the videos the sound doesn’t work. Not my phone...all other sound works and a few of the videos have sound but the majority don’t

This would have been a great app but there’s no sound. None of the videos I played have sound. Some I can read the captions but some don’t have them. It’s been pretty frustrating as I already tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I’m new to doTERRA and would love it if they could fix the app so that I could benefit from learning more about how to use these oils. I’m hoping that if enough people complain about it that it will get fixed sooner. We’ll see.

It doesn’t work! So discouraging. I was excited to learn more about oils. For a company that places such high standards on your product, it frustrates me that little or no effort has been placed into a forum that so many people would be using as a go to for information! Please fix!!!

I have tried to figure out why I can’t get this app to play sound on the videos. Looks like just what I need but useless if I can’t hear. I already deleted and reinstalled 2x. Hmmm
