I love love love this app. Super helpful, informative videos that help me use essential oils in every aspect of my life. I especially like that if I want, it can notify me each day to watch a video. Great App. :)

Stop resetting the videos!

I would give this app 5 stars for content but 1 star for the resetting mechanism. And I'm so frustrated by the videos resetting to zero that I can only give this app 2 stars. I know there are times I do watch a video every 24 hours yet it will still reset to zero. Why not just have the video count stay where it's at if you miss a day? Stop resetting to zero.

Audio does not work

Tried this app twice now and can't get the audio to work. So frustrating when not all the videos have closed caption on them. Love the concept, but it needs work. Will try it later

Loved it before all my videos reset

I've been using it for months, wish I could just see all the videos at once. Especially ow since the whole thing reset and I have NO videos available ?

I'm not one to write a review but, I'm new to dōTERRA and thought that the app would help get my feet wet. It didn't. The audio one the video doesn't work most of the time. I've tried updating and re downloading the app in hopes of regains the audio but it hasn't worked. I wouldn't have minded so much if the info box below the video had the same information as the video. However they teach two different techniques. As of now I'm only getting half the benefits of the app, and for a newbie like me, that's just not good enough.

***I did find in the settings, you can turn on every video, but not all videos are as they are labeled.*** All the videos I have watched have reset, so every category is back to 0, and I really don't want to have to go through them all again, one day at a time, to try to reach new ones.

I have been using this app since the most recent convention and at first I thought it was really cool. It gives some good info. The problem is that for no reason it takes all is the videos that you've loaded and deletes them. What's that about?!? I take the time to remember (not easy for me) to go into the app each day for the new video and then it randomly deletes them all?!? Not impressed.

Keeps resetting

The app keeps resetting, so I lose my data. Therefore, I don't get new "Drops".
