There is a new updated version that has fixed the resetting issue. After numerous complaints from many Doterra users, they opened up all the videos. Go to settings in the Daily Drop app and activate "Show All Videos". I use an iPhone 6 but should work on any phone with the app.

The sound does not work. I have the sound turned all the way up on my device, but I hear nothing when I play the videos. VERY disappointed.

**see below my original review for my second review.** I know that DoTERRA has a great vision in mind for this app but it is crap right now. I have deleted and reinstalled it 4x now. I updated my phone to make sure that wasn't a problem- nope. I have one video that I have had for weeks. No new videos. I'm hoping the next version has all the glitches fixed since so many people are having trouble with this. It could be such a great resource for my down-line and others I'd like to share with but right now it is not ready. I have the most current version of iOS and my phone is an iPhone 6. I will do a new review when the updated version comes out. **after getting the update for this app things were going great for about 3 weeks. I had new content (finally!!) and I was able to use the whole app easily. That was until I had an iOS update and restarted my phone. Got back on this app and ALL my videos were GONE! ? Now I have to start all over?! No one wants to watch the same content over and over to get to the new stuff. There has to be a better way! On top of this happening, the app is glitching now and I hate it. I love doterra but I'm so sick of this crappy app that had such great potential. Maybe you should hire my husband to fix this. I'm sure he could build a better app than this. I'm deleting this app yet again. If there was a better way of getting the videos back besides rewatching one day-by-day then I would be giving this app another chance and I would have given it a better rating but enough time has been wasted. I think I have given it a VERY fair chance. Re one good thing I can say to end this review is that I love the content that was on the app WHEN I was able to see it and have it (before it was deleted). I like the short videos of educational information. Too bad it didn't work out.

Write support to get them opened

There have been intermittent issues with the videos not loading or resetting back to square one. Write into DoTERRA support and they'll open them all so you can watch as wanted. Great new tracks added for more education!

I deleted this app after trying to watch multiple videos and the sound not working. My phone is up to date on all updates in my settings.

App not working

I am new to dōTERRA and was using this app to help promote and it has reset on me 3 times now and I have to keep starting over. Very very frustrating

No New Uploads

When I first downloaded it there was one video, it says come back every day for a new video. Had it for a week and still only one video. :/ doesn't really work.

Just a daily add

All this does is give you an add for each item. The info on why you should take this or do that is beyond minimal. Certain items are in categories that make no sense, and waiting to get only one "add" a day is annoying. No real info here, just "buy this, use this". Deleting.

Frustrated

Played my first video and the sound doesn't work. Can you please fix this? I'm a new member and have been having nothing but trouble. It is difficult to be excited.
