App is poorly designed / implemented

Can't get it to work right

This app is aggravating. At first I couldn't get any videos or tracks to load. It kept saying come back tomorrow. After I updated the app and went into settings to show all videos I got stuck in one track that I didn't want. I could no longer choose a track. Even after I deselected show all videos I am still stuck in that one track. I'd love to learn how to use the oils and using an app makes sense. But this app is poorly designed and poorly implemented.

Sound doesn't work

The sound on the app doesn't work. The videos play, but no sound. The information seems lovely, but please fix the sound issue. Thank you!

Rough start but on the right track!

At first I had problems being able to go past the first video on each track and it would delete the ones I watched already and go back to 0. So I deleted the app but after getting a new phone with more storage I thought I would try again. It works now! And I can open all the videos and see them when I can and want to. If the volume isn't working try turning your phone off of silent, that's what happened to me and it worked immediately. Great little videos especially for newbies but fun for experienced as well.

I love the content of this app when I can access it, but I can never depend on its working. It's taking up valuable space on my phone, so I'm deleting it, again.

I love the videos and the info about Dōterra product. The app only lets you look at one new video/tip per day. The frustrating part is when the app resets and you have to start over and you cannot pict up where you left off.

I love The information the daily drop has to share, but I wish DōTERRA would either release a video a day whether you watch it or not, or let you watch as many as you'd like. It's hard when they're only 2 minutes long. I forget to check them daily.

Has awesome content ... however it is always resetting and going back to day one ..... This seriously needs to be addressed .. if it could be addressed I would give it 5 ⭐️'s....

Love the idea, app keeps resetting

I love the videos and ideas of how to use the oils and supplements and products more effectively, but the app keeps resetting my progress. Three times now I've started watching videos and almost completed a section and then my progress will reset and I'll be back at no videos watched. I've tried deleting and redownloading, I looked for an update. As of right now, I'm disappointed and frustrated. Hoping this gets fixed so I can enjoy all the ideas shared.
