Sound doesn't work on videos

I've had this app since they launched it and the sound has never worked on any of the videos. I've deleted and redownloaded the app many times to see if they would help troubleshoot the problem and it hasn't helped, nor have I seen any updates for this app in a while. Wish I could use it to further my EO knowledge

App has good information but the sound never works so I can't hear the videos. Very disappointed.

I'm not sure why this app has. Ore than 3 stars. It's stupid. Doesn't have any important information and it doesn't help me at all.

I use this app to log into my account and I have been unable to do so in months. Very disappointing. An app like this should assist those who use and sell the product, not hinder them!

After multiple attempts to login and saying I had the wrong password, I had started to think I was losing my mind!!! I deleted it. It is the worst app! Back in the day when logging in wasn't a problem the app was slow and not easy to use. Disappointed that a company of such reputation wouldn’t offer a decent app
Great idea but app has some major flaws

I love this idea but the tips that I have opened have cleared so now I have to start from scratch and reopen everything one day at a time. This has happened a couple of times. It’s now no longer worth it to even have this app. I really like having these tips handy but this issue is super frustrating. Also, I think the tips that have been uncovered should be further categorized so that we can look up uses for a specific product.

I like the videos but wish they provided more specific recipes. My biggest complaint is that you go to “share a drop,” the full picture doesn’t show in Instagram (in the Feed of Story setting). The image is too big so both sides get cut off and you can’t read the information. Very disappointing, as I love to share this info with others.
No sound!!!

No audio. It isn’t my phone because I have audio on everything else. I’ve reloaded and checked all settings. Would love to hear!
