I would have given another star except for the difficulty I had in connecting to the “gift” selection. I was unable to have my purchase sent as a gift which was very irritating and unfortunate. I was not happy.

Of all credit cards. May Chase MC and Visa was not being accepted by the Disney payment system. Also sad!!!

Unfortunately all of the Disney stores in my area have been closed down. I was hoping the online store would have a lot more variety and a lot more items from the Disney Parks since all the stores are gone. Also, items and clothes sell out so fast. I wish there were a larger quantity of sizes in PJs and Spirit Jerseys online. Additionally, not much of the 50th Anniversary merch is on the website. I thought the Iridescent Collection was going to come out a couple of weeks ago online but it never did. Sadly I can’t go to the parks very often because I live up north. I hope things change for the better in regards to online merch. Also, please please bring back the Magical Express. Thanks, M.B.

I absolutely love Disney and this app has been very easy to use in the past, but I’ve noticed that it’s become rather glitchy especially when I want to go look at my wishlist. It usually never works and pops up an error message saying “Oops! We weren’t able to process your request. Please try again.” or it’s super super slow to the point where I close the app and just open up a web browser and use that instead.

I shopped at the Twice Upon A Year Sale and got some really great deals. However, the app kept crashing while I was making my purchase and I ended up being charged twice. The extra charge has yet to be removed after nearly a week. I made two calls to customer service— the first person said that the extra charge would be refunded after my order shipped and that this happens sometimes when ordering through the app. When that did not happen, I called again and that person said they were refunding me and that I would see the refund within a day. Since that has not happened, I now have to call customer service a third time.

refunds are none excistent... Returns are just impossible paying more from your own pocket to return items than what they are worth... Returned items are giving them away, never receive refunds...
