Misleading shipping charges

I was told there would be no shipping cost since I bought more than $75 worth of product. As soon as I submitted the charges, I was charged $11.95 for shipping! I hope someone contacts me to make this right!!

The system would not take a payment from my Disney Debit. Only a gift card or if I paid by Apple Pay which was paid with my Disney Debit.
I didn’t get free shipping. I didn’t 10% discount using my chase card .
