Nothing works correctly

Discount codes generate errors. Scrolls of product do an incomplete loop, don't go back to the same product location, fail to load and don't have all of the filters listed. The app also has different/less inventory than Disney.com. It took me two hours and having to call in my order. I could have driven to the Disney store and back in less time.

Good night, I am a frequent costumer of Disney Store and today I went to Disney Store in Queens NY at Queens Center Mall to buy a complete Mickey Mouse stuff for my baby that turns 1 tomorrow, First I try to buy 10 mickey mouse t-sum t-sum for my baby's birthday goodies bags to give to his friends and the cashier "Max" said I only can buy 5, I asked for the manager and ms Christine said thats the policy said that, but she cant show me where in the policy shows that restriction, I said ok, sell me just 5 and tomorrow i will go to another disney store to buy the others 5. But now they want to charge me 5.95 for each plush because a store special in plushes instead 4,95 tag price, I was very upset and my daughter 9 years old very sad, we were at store for more than 30min waiting for the manager trying to charge the right price so I could not buy anything because she can not give me the right price that shows on the tag. This is the worse experience ever in Disney Store. Thank you for your time.


Haven't been able to purchase via the app in 3 solid months

Hello! I love the Disney store and shop the app frequently. I would say that I check the "new arrivals" page daily. However, for the past several months I haven't been able to get past the check out screen. Once I click "proceed to check out" a little Mickey head shows up and it just loads and loads forever. I have the same problem on my smart phone and computer, using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. I've had to place every order over the phone, which I don't like doing because it's inconvenient and I don't receive an email confirmation that way. I've passed on several items and missed sale items I really wanted because of this problem. PLEASE FIX IT! Thanks!


Could definitely use some tweaks

The app is okay but it definitely needs some tweaks and some updating! The UI of the app could be better as it currently feels quite clunky, not intuitive, and not super user friendly like some other Disney apps. I also wish I could use Apple Pay it does give you the option when selecting how to pay but when I go to the next screen to tap the black box that says Buy Now with Apple Pay nothing happens. It doesn't bring up the usual Apple Pay prompts or anything so I have to go back and just fill in my card info instead. I try to use Apple Pay whenever I can because it's just so quick and easy and adds another layer of security. Hopefully that could be fixed in a small update and the app could be redesigned in the future.

I can't buy anything through the app. The interface is no different than the website but the website works 100% of the time. It never keeps items in your cart and errors every time you add a code. It's not even usable.


No Apple Pay. No Touch ID. Sad.

Nothing seems to work like it should for this app anymore. It used to work great. Apple Pay:(. Touch ID:(. When you try to apply a coupon, all I get is an error and so when I want to place an order, I am forced to use the website. iPhone 6s Plus on latest iOS. Come on Disney. Please fix this. It has been this way for TOO LONG.
