If you’re going to close the Disney Stores then you need to offer more merchandise with more quantities. I appreciate that you are offering the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World merchandise, unfortunately there is not enough available because somethings are already sold out.

Lousy Notice on Credit Card

I tried to use my rewards card but it wouldn’t let me click the Submit and didn’t say why. I still had to enter my ccv number for my credit card even though it was not going to be used. There should be a pop up notice to reflect that

I pick some stuff it said I had to many on one item witch all had one . It wouldn’t let me check out . Then it said one of mine that was available was no longer . If the page didn’t have that Glitch and make me redo all my order the same . I would of got that item . No Happy Disney app

Very cumbersome to navigate, often out of items, search is often very bad, I put in zipped hoodies for men and got 74 items, only one being a hoodie. I found multiple other hoodies in different searches but never all together. This is true for most products, especially home goods. Items very limited as compared with the stores at the parks. You are missing a lot of sales,when I go to find new merch, very little to choose from, this after watching videos on YouTube on all the cool new merch.
Can’t filter between genders, shows products that are not in stock

Also impossible to use one gift card as payment when you have multiple gift cards. Just pretty disappointing for being a Disney product :(
50th anniversary Disney tumbler

I love Disney I really do but when are you guys going to add all your Starbucks cups on the app for people who can’t go to Disney every other day to get them. . As a tumbler collector I want to collect all the Starbucks cups that Disney has to offer but you guys only have one on the app . I don’t think that’s fair for people who can’t go to Disney once in awhile.. like me.. just saying..
