Watch out you can be shopping, and put things in your cart. But when you go to check out it’s already sold out. If it’s in the cart it should be held as sold until you purchase or leave the app and don’t purchase. Update: try if you can to buy when you see it, even if you’re trying to get to a price point to get a discount. For being one of the biggest retailers for their own merchandise, they just can’t seem to keep anything in stock or order enough units. If it was the company I work for someone would be held accountable. I’d expect more from The Disney Company.

Whatever I scan says invalid barcode.. app doesn’t work and have the latest up to date version. Horrible experience!

Disney is an amazing company in general, but the store makes the online process 10 times better! The customer service line is so quick no wait, nothing better I could ask for. Thank you Disney!

The layout of the app is amazing! I’ve had no issues with it at all! I’m completely blind and it’s 100% accessible with the Apple screen meter I use for my phone! Just made my first purchase today and it was a very smooth process!
