I'm new to the app but I thought the whole point was if I put in my digital code from movies I've purchased hard copy I could watch them from my devices? I've put in codes and received "points" whatever that means. But what good is that without being able to actually watch the movies I've paid for. It also takes me to Apple Store to rent or buy movies and I rented one, it charged me, and then when I went to watch it it was as if I was back to square one of asking me if I want to purchase it with no option to watch why I had just pod for. Very disappointed and confused

Tried using app in different devices and always ask me to " connect". Shows me different accounts to connect to but goes nowhere after that. Totally useless. Problem is with Dell desktop, iPad, android tablet, etc.

So I put in the codes for wreck it Ralph monsters inc guardians of the galaxy and Aladdin 2-3 and I got the points but not the movies and I put in the code for the lion king I and got 2 copies and that was the last movie I got. I WANT MY MOVIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????? also when I log into the same account on my windows 10 laptop it doesn't show any of my movies

Sometimes the app kicks me off of being signed in...which is just mildly annoying. Other than that, A-plus work y'all!

I downloaded the app after joining the DMC but every time I try to sign in it forces closes. I’d love to be able to watch my movies on my phone and iPad.
iTunes is more convenient

I have all of our other movies on my iTunes but to watch just 2 of our movies I have to use this app. I'd much rather have them all in one place. iTunes.
