I deleted the app and it keeps popping up on my home screen it’s annoying

The decision to suspend DMA and contract with Movies Anywhere is horrendous.

The Disney app keeps saying that it will be transferred to a new app and to switch your movies over before it is too late. Each time I go to try, it does not give me the option to switch my Disney movies over! I do not know what to do and do not want to lose all my movies.

While it is still buggy, I do like it better than Movies Anywhere because at least with DMA, I can still download movies onto my old iPad and play them that way with fewer bugs after turning off the network connection. MA does not even run without a network connection. Still giving this only one star for even thinking of completely going away. If they do, I will have a very hard time trusting Disney's word ever again.

Very frustrating app. Never accepts user name, and password. Always requesting log in, which is required several times. I’m just not impressed.

I can not open or get into the app you say my password is wrong but when I try to get a temp. Password sent to me nothing is mailed. Need help to get in? Not sure were you sent temp password not to me. You list my email.

It pains me to give Walt Disney a poor rating for any product or service. Like many, I had loved Walt and Company’s films and products my whole life and began collecting as a kid. I enjoyed being able to carry much of my digital Disney collection in my purse and being able to watch them no matter my circumstances. Then, the Fox merger apparently happened and I could suddenly no longer get the cartoons or other extras I’d been watching in the app. Not only that, but I had to download a second app to move my films to. Disney gave me a few free moves as compensation, but I DIDN’T EVEN GET TO PICK THEM!

I’m going to lose my collection!!

The new app is only compatible in the U.S. and I’m currently stationed in Germany. That’s a bunch a crap!!!

i downloaded this app because i personally love disney movies. i was in the idea that i didn’t need to pay for each movie. :/
