I love this app to pieces! I can use it to watch all my Disney movies anytime I want, no matter where I am!

For months, I haven’t been able to connect the Disney app to any of my accounts to watch Disney movies. Doesn’t connect to Microsoft, amazon or ITunes. Every time the app states there is a “connection issue” and that there was “a problem connecting my account to try again later”. I have tried later...for months. It’s such a shame considering how many Disney movies I have purchased for the kids and they can’t watch them unless they are home or using a computer.

I downloaded and it will only let me see trailers there’s no option to watch the full movies or to buy movies.
App crashes constantly and no Apple TV!

I am unable to login on either my iPhone 6S or iPad Air running iOS 11.0.1 the app opens but crashes every time I log in. Also I can’t use my movies on Apple TV because there is no app. I’m really frustrated because I would like to buy content for my daughters. There is nothing worse than not being able to just buy what you want from the people who make it.

Just synced my iTunes Star Wars collection to Google Play. I hope this policy catches on to other content producers, because having to choose just one platform is a barrier to purchasing.
