Son is so sad

After the latest update all the accomplished history was deleted, including all the pictures my son had accumulated. My son was devastated, app still works but would appreciate if his brush history is saved permanently... then it would be 5stars
Don’t update the app - erases all data

Updated the app and it erased all my kids stickers, had to start from scratch.
Why locked characters?

My little girl loves princess stuff but she can’t choose it because it’s locked! You said “brush with you kids favorite characters”. How can they do that if it’s locked?

Used to be great, but now it won’t work

My kids love this app, when it works. Half the time the picture pages don’t show up. It also would be better if it didn’t take so long to get to the next theme.
Will not scan toothbrushes

I have tried and tried, even tried different devices it will not scan my kids toothbrushes. Disappointed kiddos, wouldn’t have bought these brushes had the kids not seen the info on packages...
Won't work anymore

A few weeks ago this app got my 1 year old to cooperate for teeth brushing again. It truly was magical the way it worked for us. Now all of a sudden it won't work anymore. On my phone and my husbands. Says it's offline. Just wonderful
