Recent update...

KaylaMarie712

???? I have been using this app well over two years and my children LOVED going through their old stickers of the different characters they’ve had over the years. Now I have two heartbroken children because the recent update deleted them all and they don’t have the sense of achievement from what they’ve earned

Nothing scans PoS

frustratedToothbrush

Takes forever for a toothbrush to be accepted by the scan. I tried all kinds of lighting and moving the subject in every position I can think of. POS

Horribly dissatisfied

Babyraja

Would Give it a 0 if I could. Downloaded for my kids to make sure they were brushing adequately. Worked great for 2-2 1/2 weeks. Was almost through getting stickers to get a new character. I update. DELETES everything. 3 kids-heartbroken. Ok. No big deal- we can earn them back. Nope. 3 days later- GONE AGAIN!! Not much lost so we can try again. A lot to ask of a 2 and 4 year old but let's try. So I try again. I delete and re-add. Next day- NO DATA. I'm done. I know this is free but come on!!

Accounts erasing

Brf7

My kids love this app but in the last 2 wks, it will erase both of their accounts and stickers and unlocked pictures and we have to start completely over. It’s getting tiresome. Please fix this.

Stickers gone. App crashes

surferbetty

Daughter lost all stickers. App won’t scan new products. Apps resets it self.

Horrible! Deletes every update

tabbyc

Every time there is an update my child’s progress gets deleted EVERY time!!!

Latest update removed my daughters profile!

Mitpianoman

We used to love this app, but the latest update caused all the profiles on our device to be removed. That’d normally be a minor annoyance but her profile had all the characters unlocked from before Oral B made the annoying decision to require you to purchase a new toothbrush for each character.

Scanner doesn't work

Nustita

When you purchase an Oral-B electric toothbrush, supposedly you can use it to unlock new characters in the app--however, after trying the scanner function every night for a week, I've concluded it just doesn't work.

This app should NOT require a connection to function

dvnts

My kids just want to brush their teeth with this app running. It should NOT REQUIRE a connection Does this latest update work without killing the app? I don’t know. I’m on a stable version now and I refuse to update it again until I receive assurances
