Last update hosed this app and now it freezes upon launch. Kids liked the old version though

Not sure what happened with your app in the last 48 hours but I was loving the choice of characters—please add Spiderman. However it froze & would not do anything so I deleted & reinstalled. Well, I lost everything. Including the history & access we had earned to other characters including the hulk. Cue 3 year old meltdown. Loved your app & will keep using it but my son is disappointed tonight.

Suddenly the app went from brushing 2 minutes to one. Kids might be happy, but dentists are not.

Useful but bad interface

Logically challenged

Fairly good motivator to get the Little’s to brush for 2 whole minutes. Bad interface just allowed 4yo to delete his profile. Erased all the stickers he’s accumulated and characters he’d opened in a flash. Parent code should have to be entered BEFORE the delete command. Not “delete?” then parent code.

I’m still holding out hope that they can get this app fixed but we have the most difficult time scanning toothbrushes. Of our four we only have two scanned and somehow they gave us completely different characters. Even as broke as it is, it does help my son brush his teeth for the full two minutes so that’s really helpful.

When we first got the app you had to earn stickers to unlock new albums. Then the app changed and you could use any of the characters available which my son LOVED now they’ve switched back and you have to scan a new product to unlock a new character?! It takes a long time to go through a tube of toothpaste or need a new toothbrush leaving my four year old impatient and bored of this app. If they had just left it the way it was when he could be any of the characters available we would love this app again!

My kids love using this for brushing their teeth but right now they keep getting blank stickers when they’re done. It just keeps saying it’s updating although nothing happens. :(

Not a good idea to take away achievements

My 3 year old loved this app until she opened it today to find all of her characters were locked. Not cool.

Upon downloading the latest update the app refused to load. On about the 20th try it finally loaded and proceeded to crash. I lost all of the stickers my daughters worked so hard to earn. Thanks a lot, magic timer. Don’t download this app, there’s many other problems. Zero stars.

4.0.2 update: Do you guys even remotely test your software before releasing it? The little animations which start off the brushing timer get cut off a couple seconds before they are done. Seriously, how has no one caught this when preparing the last updates? I’m not inclined to purchase any oral b products if this is how you do things. 4.0.1 update: I realize this is a semi free app, but don’t release something if it doesn’t work. Come on, Disney and Oral B. Updates are supposed to improve the product, not make it worse. Old version: This app works well, but even for a semi-free app, it has some problems. Like, you can't easily switch from one character to another. Let's say you scan in a Lightning McQueen. Then, a few months later, you have Iron Man. Well, why can't you easily switch back to Lightning? You have re-scan again. And what if you threw away the toothbrush? Also, to get to your "brushing area", you have to go through the scanning area first, even if you are not scanning this time. Why do we have to go through there? Wierd extra step. It does help get my kids excited about brushing their teeth, so that's the most important thing, though.
