Not refilling Lives

As of yesterday the game clock keeps resetting to 30 minutes and Lives are no longer refilling. This morning it told me I already received my daily reward when I had not.

Love this game. But right now I am not able to play bec an ad froze and I cant move on from it. Help! Have had some issues with ads not giving me the reward too.i have made many purchases in the past, but now it seems the time counter isn't working and I am not going to pay to play each time. I may have to delete this app and find another game. I didn't see this coming. Shame.

I kept playing hoping that Arendale Plaza would be expanded. More and more lately, the game crashes or the timers on the buildings are broken. I don’t even know how many years I’ve been playing, but the luster is gone and now so is this app. It was fun while it lasted, but I’m moving on to a different mind numbing game that doesn’t cause me more stress than what I’m looking to escape.

Been playing this for years but last two days it’s not working right. Clock goes to 30 minutes, counts down goes back to 30 minutes. I’ve rebooted my iPad many times. ?????

The 30 minute clock to get a new life has a mind of its own, bouncing from 39 to 89 to 26 minutes over the real-time span of ten. Now it’s impossible to play

Lives not refreshing

Others seem to be having this problem as well, but my lives are not refreshing at all. The clock just stays at 29 minutes.

So after I just updated it, it no longer accumulates lives unless I have the app open. If I close it and come back hours later, it still shows 0 lives and the timer is counting down from 30 minutes....again. Can’t accumulate lives anymore and if it’s a ploy to get me to buy them, I’m done. Seems there have been so many more glitches since they were bought by the current company.

Since City Jam all the good incentives and rewards are gone. Yes you can earn a lot of coins but you can only buy so much for your village as the special items come in veeeery slow. Please fix glitching from last update and make more things available to buy with the coins win in the game...lives, power up, unlock special gifts...

I have been playing this game for years, and it has become almost impossible to progress. The changes are *clearly* pushing in-app purchases. In their effort to make more money on this game, they are driving people, including people like me who did spend some money, away.

I play this game OFTEN which includes me spending money OFTEN. Could you all PLEASE stop it from Freezing so much? I lose lives, which OFTEN is my last life and I’m frustrated and disappointed bc I just know if I could have finished this last game I would have beaten it this time. Alsoooo please fix 545 in the winter games. It has a glitch.
