Have loved this game but am just sick of the unending, unwanted push to “try” new games that crash the current game and freeze everything up. I HATE HATE HATE them, especially Royal Flush. What a disgusting game!

Terrible you lose all your levels and they don’t care

I have been playing this game for YEARS. I had completed all the maps except the journey one and I was at the ice sculptures on that map. I have paid for level ups and various bundles over the years so I have money invested in this game. Last Saturday my levels were all wiped out and started back at the beginning!!!!!! I have written to the customer support everyday and they say they will restore my levels but they do NOTHING! So, if you want to spend years and money on this game only to have it wiped out, then by all means play this game!!! TERRIBLE!!!!

This game used to be so much fun but now it is falling into total frustration due to the excessive advertising. 2-4 at a time is ridiculous, saying no to watching and yet it loads up anyway. And this last advertising would not clear the store get button and made the level unplayable. I don’t know, maybe it is beyond my enjoyment and time to move on.

I have been playing this game for years. Again, with the latest update, the game won’t load. Why is this a continuous problem. Get it together Jam or I’m done.

I’ve played this game for years, it’s my go-to for brainless fun. Recently, however, they changed something that made it not worth it any longer. I was kind of iffy with the “watch a 30 sec ad” followed by three more taps, then they added another 5 second delay to the final tap, and I was even more iffy. But now they have multiple ads in a row if you agree to a “watch ad for another 3 moves”, and a single ad if you don’t. So no matter what, you get an ad that is 30 seconds, tap, tap, 5 seconds, tap, and if you want extra moves, you get that twice (!). So… yeah. If you want to spend about 10-20% of your time looking at ads… it’s a fun, non-taxing game.

I agree with a previous reviewer. You give me rewards but big deal. I get them in the morning when I can’t play so I loose them or waste them to play for a few minutes. You could add a hold feature. I also agree that if you can’t win a level in an hour there is a programming issue. I don’t want it to be too easy but really???? I’m stuck in a loop that wants me to buy something from and ad. Won’t let me out without closing completely. I have been here twice In the last 15 minutes. I wrote this awhile ago and I guess it didn’t send because I opened write a review and here it was. It really does need some fixing. I recently earned a daily prize of a ballon to continue with another five moves and it didn’t even get put in my total.

I have had issues with the coin cap before and have largely ignored it but now I am extremely frustrated by what is occurring. I had 34000 +coins. I spent about 2000 coins and then went to collect my daily coins from the plaza. It would not add those coins so left me at the roughly 32000 +. I then spent more coins which brought my total coins to 31801. I just collected the required shields to earn a coin chest with about 800 coins. However the app informed me I had reached my coin cap and didn’t give me the coins!! I spent weeks collecting shields and now I can’t get the coins? How did I get capped at 31801 when I had 34000+ just minutes earlier? This is ridiculous and has me about ready to quit this game for good. Please remedy this.
