Why did you put ads? They are too long and too frequent, I will probably delete app. I don’t play it nearly as much now.

Fun to play. In app purchases are not necessary. Reporting a problem is not easy. I’ve had a problem with lives not refreshing. The timer for a new life was stuck at 29:32 for two days. Now I’ve had saved power ups disappear. They don’t give enough snowballs as it is and my saved ones disappeared overnight.

Love this game but it keeps bumping me out halfway through the level. It’s been for the last 24 hours on level 565. Can’t seem to get it to stop with rebooting my phone.

This has been awful that you played your heart out to collect tickets for a new theme or complete mini tasks for a new companion, then you found you are back to level one.

Glitch in level two on endless season map

First let me say I love this game. It is perfect mix of some levels that take a bit of work and strategy and just pure fun. However, please fix the glitch in level 2 of endless season map. I will never pass it until you fix it as it continually closes the app as you are play that level and before you are able to complete it. This is one where the little snow goes eat the cakes. If not for the glitch, this is certainly a 5 star game I have enjoyed for years now!

Example: the game will want you to pop 50 blue yet only gives you 27 blue throughout the entire level. But if you buy special moves you may actually get enough to finish the level.

The only good I can say about the game is that it’s stimulating and entertaining. They’re costumer support is also outstanding. But it’s also a dreadful confusing box of misery! I have about sixteen thousand Arendelle coins and I don’t wanna spend them on Plaza Junk. Don’t take this the wrong way, but what do I care if my plaza is packed with fountains and flowers??? I’d like to spend them on new avatars, instead of having to play the events for new avatars like the Nokk or Bruni. If you could make this happen, AND make the price of the coin earned avatar reasonable, you’ll have earned five stars from me, even though the puzzles cheat like crazy. Also; how do we unlock Holiday Elsa/Anna for free? UPDATE: beware Golden Ticket purchases sometimes don’t take…contacted costumer support but at this rate it’ll be over before they can help and I’ll never earn the avatar …must be run by Democrats. It cheats.

Just not a fun game

I downloaded this game because it has quiet music and I can play it while getting my toddler to sleep. But I’ve learned to hate it. If the game wants you to win, you win. After about 15 tries, the game throws you a bone and yay another level that is worse than the one “you” finally completed. Sure you can buy the stuff to help, but then what fun is it to buy a win? Skip this game. It’s more frustrating than anything else. I’ve gone back to playing scrabble... at least I’m learning something.

It is so annoying when I’m playing to have to listen to frequent advertisements for the SAME additional app they want me to download. Especially since the advertisements ignore my setting of silence for the game. I have to silence my phone to avoid getting blasted with a loud advertisement.
