Won't start anymore

The game says it needs to update to continue playing. OK I tap on the link, it takes me to the App Store for the game but the button just says "open" because I already have it on my iPad. Infinite loop. It's not listed in the update section of the App Store either.

If you are looking to play this game please note that the reviews that come up are VERY OLD when Disney was the developer. Sort the reviews by MOST RECENT to give you a more accurate idea of what people think. This new developer is more concerned with making money than quality of play. They don’t listen to what the fans think.
Version 9.1.0 is broken

On the latest update, Ver 9.1.0, the Arendale Plaza screen is completely dead. Nothing works.

I downloaded this enjoyable game the moment it came out back in 2013, and I’ve been playing it ever since. Unfortunately, after all these years, the game is becoming increasingly unenjoyable. The new developments, adds, and other changes some are okay but the levels have become increasingly more difficult to the level that you exhaust all your resources on one or two levels. Im fact, I am not even talking about the levels that they mark as difficult or hard, rather the regular ones. You have ruined the game. I would be willing to pay $10 for the game, but keep it as it was, what you’re doing now is predatory.

I have played this game for several years. When I attempt on a daily basis to retrieve the daily reward I never get beyond day one. Seems fishy. This was not the case a year or so agree at all.

Overall great game. Watching the crystals drop can be as addictive as playing a slot machine. One major improvement would be the ability to redo a move. Sometimes when you move a crystal, it senses a slight movement of your finger and moves it the wrong way. Another issue is when you win time sensitive awards, the countdown starts immediately rather than when your next game starts so you don’t get the full use of that award. This especially frustrating when you win unlimited lives for some time and don’t have time to finish because life happens.

This game isnt the same as it used to be. The updates arent helping either. I think it’s actually worse. I'm about to delete it since it never wants to open anymore. Used to be my top 2 favorite games. Now its about to get deleted!!!!

Time for relaxing
I am with most other reviews have been playing this game for years, now am getting tired of the constant crashing and having to reboot the iPad to get past the map. This has been going on for much to long but much more frequent since the new game is constantly being offered.

It used to be that there were no ads unless you want extra moves then you watch an ad and you get rewarded with three extra moves. Now Ads are played between levels sometimes more than one ad and no rewards. This totally spoiled the game. Deleting
