Service is crap

Leaky Snail

I can be on wifi or have full cell service and lose my show n the middle of the best part my opinion stay away from this crappy app find another also 97% of time u will have to rewatch all the episode u have already seen. Complete BS. And no way of contacting them is u hate Facebook and Twitter as i do. So i hope for a fix or I’ll find new favorite shows for sure

“Wow” but not suddenlink?! Ok.

Stemarale

I’ve had this app for a year in hopes of being able to watch shows that I miss when they air. However my cable provider isn’t listed... you guys work with a cable provider called “wow” but not suddenlink?! Are you kidding me? Such a joke.

Worst streaming app in the history of streaming apps

Tamarod

First of all whoever did the UX for this needs to get fired and then fined too. I have no problem with commercials or logging me out for security reasons after a period of inactivity, HOWEVER, this app logs you out literally in the middle of streaming an episode. So if you want to rewind or fast forward something you have to log in each time (god forbid the commercials start before you can hit rewind because that’s 3mins of waiting just to rewind, then wait more to load, then watch the commercials again and then again because it’s the normal spot for commercials.. so now you’ve wasted 10 mins of your life on this godforsaken app just to rewatch a moment so you best be glued to both your phone and your TV at the same time. It goes without say then that I also have to log in after every episode ends, in order to play the next one, because mindblowingly of all.. on iOS it apparently doesn’t auto-play the next one either (who kinda sadist does that?) Did I mention how decorative the “remember me/keep me logged in” feature is? Literally can’t “remember me” while streaming the same episode on the same phone 10 min later. I mean if you’re gonna make it a requirement for the user to have to log into your app every 10 mins even while actively using it to stream (APP NOT CLOSED) then the least you can do is make your login process faster, it’s literally giving me dial-up flashbacks. This is also the only streaming app that makes me sit through 3 mins of commercials (instead of 30-90secs max) so with all that advertising money you’re generating this is the best you can come up with in terms of technology? Your entire dev team should be on unemployment. Embarrassing.

Awesome

candyman69xl

I enjoy the app and able to catch up on my season of most watched shows

Dont bother

DuckTapeGundam

Requires you to give over your TV service subscription info and then we have to sit through and watch all the commercials what’s the point of giving over her your information if you have to watch the commercials that are only making the money you pay for the discovery channel on your TV and in the end up giving them more money sitting and watching to the commercials I thought the point of downloading the apps and everything was so you watch your shows without the commercials but if I’m gonna have to watch the commercials on my phone and use my data might as watch it a home I don’t need to waste my data or battery life for commercials

Great/ never crashes

#1 Moss Fan

I have xfinity and I never have an issue with crashing. I watch Alaska the last frontier every day at school or on the go. Commercials aren’t the best but compare to the amount you’d see on tv. Overall great app and free with tv subscription

More commercials than actual TV

Alephbeta fan

This app offers long commercials with intermittent content.
