I have not been able to sign in for weeks. I would really love to catch up on Alaska the Last Frontier, but I can’t. ?. A round loading symbol pops up for a couple seconds and then disappears.

This app is horrible! I have tried over and over again to sign in to my tv provider for this app and won’t let me. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled over and over again, still will let me. It just sits there and spins
No DIRECTV NOW provider?!?

I’m a DIRECTV NOW user, and when I used this app it said, “Do you want to use you DIRECTV NOW subscription?” And I hit “yes” and it takes me to the list of providers for Discovery GO, and there is no “DIRECTV NOW” provider. So I’m like, “Well... I guess I can’t use this app the because we only have DIRECTV NOW, not DIRECTV. So this app is absolutely GARBAGE AND A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. So if your like me and have DIRECTV NOW, just use its mobile app and don’t use this waste of programming and time.

It’s one thing to offer this app. It’s another to not service Dish customers, not be forthright about it, then when a customer emails you, you never get back with them!!! You run this app like TOD HOFFMAN runs his gold mine. I love Discovery Channel but you dropped the ball here.
