Worst App on My Phone

I can’t even use it more than half the time. They indicate that you can use this app to watch the channels included in your Directv package. What they aren’t upfront about is that you have to be connected to the same wifi as your home receiver otherwise you might get have the channels you pay for when and if the app loads due to the many bugs they’ve loaded in the app. And sometimes, you can’t even watch it on your home wifi, due to unspecified restrictions. So.... if you are considering Directv, don’t let the promise of this app and features influence you because it’s much more frustrating than it ever is useful and functional.

The current version of the app has been in the market for over a month now and the app only gives “unknown error” message. This is pathetic for AT&T / Directv.

This app is terrible! I was just watching the Clemson game and all of a sudden it kicks me out and says it’s blacked out. It’s on ABC!

I’m not sure why it is but I would like to see every station that I pay full price for. Whether it’s on the phone or in the home. Not being able to see basic cable channels is hideous.

Out of the blue I no longer can login. WTH!!! First of all I don’t have a business account. Secondly, I’m not entering the wrong character. There is literally always issues with this app!!!

This app has needed a lot of work for a long time. It never gets better with any update. It’s incredibly difficult to watch a show because of you have to get out of the app for any reason it makes start back over from the beginning. I’m seriously considering canceling my subscription just because their app is so horrible.

This app does not work. The hold time for support is extremely long and then they can’t assit me. WTH is really going on.

This app consistently crashes. Rarely ever lets me watch movies on my dvr without telling me to try again later. I have tried this several times over the past several years and the quality has never improved. Strongly considering dropping cable all together in part because of this.
