Overall in general I like this service very much. I don’t like that very much thought is given to choosing the freshest produce, or most recent pull dates for breads, or too much fat on bacon selection. I choose to come into the store for those things, but it would be great if I could order them online.

I wish that you could tap on the item in the ad and it would prompt to be able to add to shopping cart!
Need to fix the prescription portion

I have seen where the prescription portion of the app will not send proper notifications, or it will show meds being sent to wrong pharmacy! Or meds incorrectly ready or not ready! I can call my pharmacy and med be ready but app shows it’s not! Or med shows it’s at the wrong pharmacy! This has been going on for a while now! Quite irritating to be honest!

Great for online ordering

Ordering groceries online is super easy with the app. I do wish that I were still able to locate an item in the store with the app however. It used to show the aisle that the item is located in and I found it super useful.

I really wish Dillons would make more of an effort to improve their online grocery and pick up. Most importantly, have older staff do the shopping for online orders. Many times I received all my produce thrown in a bag without being put in individual produce bags. Often times bags of salad are really bags of soup salad. It almost feels like they put the worst produce available in the online orders. Substitutions are not provided sufficiently, if something is not in stock the app only offers one other substitution and it really often doesn’t make any sense. Lots to be done to make this a better service! I almost feel like my local store is purposely sabotaging pick up orders to discourage people from using the pick up option. So frustrating yet I still do it!

Allowing only 150 max coupons is completely idiotic when there are over 800 coupons available!

The check out convenience is awesome, but The app is a bit difficult to navigate. I’m learning it slowly. If the survey gave the option, I’d rate 3.5—-a little more than 3, but not quite a 4.
