To use the Dillons app, you'll need a Dillons digital account. You can register for your account and link your Plus Card through the app. If you don't have a Plus Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

I may be doing something wrong but this time I didn’t like it asking me ways to buy every time I clicked on an item. It used to just to straight to my cart. That was less frustrating!

Searching a specific food is hard to find. If you are just wanting to search you should not have to be in a category. I put baggies in pantry at home but you can’t find it in searching. Just one example. Make search easier. Walmart app is just so much more user friendly.

Thank you for everything you do to keep your customers safe. I never did pickup before the pandemic; now it is the only way I will shop. Wish I could see what is out of stock as I shop (real time inventory).

I’ve been using this app for several months now and the updates have made online shopping even better. Pick-up orders through the app are so easy! I can just add items from my previous order and submit them quickly. The products are always fresh and the staff are super friendly. The substitution feature is wonderful so I can get a similar version of an item without extra cost.

Every time I try to place an order about half of the items are out of stock/not available. Very frustrating!
No longer functional

I've used Dillons pickup for several.months. It was great at first but started to become glitchy. It's to the point I can't use pickup at all. It will only let me pickup at 7-8 am. I cannot choose another pickup time. The rest of the app is a mess and I can't even find items I'm searching for. I have called Kroger and deleted and reloaded the app. No change. I'm switching to Target pickup. It's free all the time.
