Have to be very specific when ordering. If I put in bread it only comes with fancy artisan breads, not Kroger, etc. sliced sandwich bread. When I pick fresh meat it only comes up with fancy deli meat, not steak, pork chops, etc. Frustrating to try and enter a specific name to get to what I want. That being said, I appreciate all the friendly staff at 135th and Maple. They are great and helpful in every way!!!

Great for helping me find things in the store, check availability and fill out pick-up orders, but I’d love to see a better way to switch locations. It is not obvious enough where I’m “shopping” at and how to change it. I frequently need to know if different stores have an ingredient and need to switch between locations quickly.

The app has so many glitches. It freezes all the time. You can never order sweet slice ham. If you do it freezes. Great concept. But truly needs bugs worked out.

The Dillons App is the best idea if the century. I placed an order from the comfort of my own home. Sales are highlighted allowing me to take advantage of savings. Today’s experience was superb.

Great way to shop! Our store(#84 in Newton) has a fantastic staff that picks orders! My only ask is that we have a way to request paper instead of plastic bags for our online pickup orders. You’re doing a great job of providing excellent customer options for buying groceries. Keep it up!! Steve

Very pleased with this service that Dillons offers. Have used it many times. The employees that bring groceries to the car are always considerate and prompt. I have and will continue to recommend this service.

I know that no application on the iPhone is perfect but this app specifically causes the phone to glitch and stop working. Only leaving review for others to know, in case they experience the same issues or the app developer needs this review to feedback!!!! Just be aware of your downloads and what it can do to your cell phone!
Leave the shopping cart alone

I hate that the icon keeps changing between shopping cart and shopping list without asking me if I want it changed. And then I have to hunt for the cart where they’ve hidden the cart to see my items.
