Since the last couple of updates, the app won’t keep me signed in. I can’t search for anything. It’s horrible. Make it the way it was.

This app is awful. Sign in is a joke. First you have to sign into the app for your local store then it redirects you to the Kroger app where you have to sign in again! Isn't there a way for it to remain signed in? Also why 4 shopping options to choose from? Coupon section search bar works about half the time. Please fix.

Trying to do too much! Cart comes and goes, have to go through extra nonsensically steps to get to pickup? It is very convoluted now. Keep it simple!

I am enjoying this app Makes ordering online easy and simple and efficient! If they don’t have an item they will text you and ask before they just substitute it I love this app Thanks Kroger for creating this dillons app!

I cannot use Kroger Pay on my phone since the latest 40.0 version update. Nobody at the stores or the helpline has been able to come up with a fix for me. I would be wary of updating to this new version if you can avoid it. The older version still has that payment option.

Great update. Love the Google Map feature. However, there’s still a weird glitch that causes the app to close. I’m sure you’re already working on a patch for that. Keep up the great work!

I love Dillon’s. Been shopping there my whole life. But I hate that the app will not allow you to shop from the weekly ad. And if you add something to your list, you can not just add it to your cart. Like most, I am a busy mom. I don’t live in or near town and I hate going into town to do all my errands and still have to go inside the store to get what I need to while bringing along a VERY tired crying baby from a day of in and out of the car seat. I would LOVE to do buy online and pickup, but I get so frustrated with the app because I can never find the sale item on it or just add something to the cart from my list. Which that list does me no good if I can not just put it in the cart and order it. So with a crying baby I am starting to hate grocery shopping and half tempted to shop elsewhere for my own sanity.
