I LOVE this app and so does my doctor. Unfortunately I just discovered that it won’t work with iOS 11! Have I lost all of my data? Please, please update this ASAP!!! I need this back! If I had known that it wouldn’t work with iOS 11, I would not have updated my iPhone! HELP!!!!!! Amethyst680 @ yahoo . Com

Not updated

This is the most I’ve ever paid for an app and the developer won’t upgrade it for ios 11? What’s that all about? I have all this data on my app to show my physician and it won’t upload because it hasn’t been upgraded. I’ve been shafted!

Needs to show glucose average in digits

amirek

I would have given this app a much higher rating if it actually displayed an average number for glucose readings, instead of just a line on a graph. Could stand to be improved. Also, there is no way to remove readings except manually, one by one. I learned that my old glucose meter readings were wildly incorrect, but I can't remove the old readings in bulk, and they're messing with my getting an accurate long term average.

Update soon?

Apple provided a pop-up this morning warning me that the app needs to be updated or it will not function with further iOS updates. What do you plan to do about this?

Diabetes App

ħerb

I have given this application one star because it's manner of entering numeric data is totally incompetent and awkward. It may be very knowledgeable with regard to diabetes care, but if making data entry almost impossible, it shows a level of amateurishness that is just not acceptable. I'm amazed that Apple let this application go through. Here in detail is what happens: Let us say that I have picked glucose and want to enter a glucose reading. Well those are numbers of two or three digits. A numeric keypad shows up. At least one thing has been done right. However when I type in a glucose reading, for example 125, what shows up is 12.5 and I have to press zero to multiply it by 10 and get the value of 125 This alone is not acceptable. However, it gets worse when we come to insulin values. They are in so-called units. My typical dose is six units. As soon as I enter a digit, an alphabetic keyboard shows up. I have to shift the keyboard to numeric and start entering the six. Well when I enter six what Ishows up is .06 and I have to enter two zeros in order to multiply by 100. Each time I enter a zero the keyboard shifts from numeric to alphabetic and I have to shift it back to numeric. You should be ashamed!

Update needed

dnh!

I use this app every day. I am getting messages that it will slow down my iPad unless there is an update. Please update the app so it can continue to be used without slowing down devices. Thanks!

good app

But has a lot of hang ups!

i find it is easier to keep track of my diabetes that i can share with my doctor

Fantastic App

While I only use this app for a few functions, the ability to easily track my husband's glucose numbers and then email them to the doctor is awesome. I would recommend, and have recommended, this app to anyone with diabetes.

Data GONE

pataaaadd

After the last update ALL of my data for 2 years is GONE. Do you have a suggestion how to get the data back? No restore is available. So say that after using this all this time the data is gone
