Fantastic App – Diabetes App - blood sugar control, glucose tracker and carb counter Review

While I only use this app for a few functions, the ability to easily track my husband's glucose numbers and then email them to the doctor is awesome. I would recommend, and have recommended, this app to anyone with diabetes.
